We do interior framing. Adding or removing closets, or non supporting walls. Finishing basements or garages.

Here are some pics from a basement that was unfisished. The ceiling and walls were plaster over cementblocks. All the pipes and electric was in the living space. We boxed it out, but made it functional. The radiator pipes for the entire house ran though the top and bottom of the basement. We boxed them out, but installed vents in the boxes. The boxes now work like baseboard heaters. As the heated air leaves through the top, cooler air from the room is brought in through the bottom vents. The customer says the basement is noticeably warmer than it was before in the winter.
