Spring is power washing season. Sometimes the difference is amazing. Houses, fences, decks and concrete can all get covered with dirt and mildew. Wood gets bleached to a dull gray by the sun. Sometimes the difference is so dramatic, the wood looks like it was replaced, not just cleaned.
Here is part of a deck we did. It was black before we pressure washed it. Afterwards, it looked like new. This is the deck we added the custom gates too in the carpentry section.



Here are some pics of before and after on vinyl. The entire house was covered with mold and mildew. Some sections were green, some with black spots or patches. If you notice that little section on the right pic, it's actually damages from smoke escaping from the chimney inside. Pressure washing cleans, not repairs.
